Here at The Royal Oak our facility ‘The Pavilion’ can be utilised for business needs. Depending on the size of your meeting and the length of time that you plan to stay here with us, you can choose to opt for either:

  • Delegate Rate; includes a buffet lunch, ideal for an all day meeting, minimum of 10 delegates.
  • Room Rate; based on the length of your stay, appropriate for smaller meetings.

Details of both packages are set out below alongside other optional extras that can enhance your time here at The Pavilion.

  • Board Room/U Shape: 18
  • Banquet: 50

Room Size:

  • Lenght: 20m
  • Width: 5.2m
  • Height: 2.7m (sloped to 2.3 metres)

Rates:

1. Delegate Rate: £29.50 per person plus VAT, minimum 10 people
To include all food/drink/facility provisions
Including the Buffet lunch as below)
2. Room Rate: £100 from 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm

£200 for a full day (ie both sessions)

Additional Services Available by Request:

  • Bacon Sandwiches on arrival: £4 per head
  • Hot and Cold Bites Buffet Lunch (details below)
  • Lunch served in our Dining Room for up to 40 people price per meal as per menu (pre ordered)
  • Drinks from the Bar

Hot and Cold Bites Buffet Lunch:

  • Mixed Sandwiches
  • Cheese & Onion Potato Skins
  • Homemade Chicken Goujons
  • Pork and Leek Sausages
  • Falafels
  • Juice/Water

Evening Functions
Should you wish to use The Pavilion for Team Building, (skittles can be played) or, for private dining, it can be organised. Buffets can be served, a more formal 3 course meal, or, you can dine in our dining room for up to 40 persons and then play skittles after dinner. Talk to us about your preferred option.
